Summer Internship Program
BP Summer Internship Program aims to provide undergraduates with a platform which enables self-development and a channel to know BP better.
During the program, you’ll work alongside highly qualified and experienced colleagues including your line manager, director, HR and buddy, in a culture that values respect, diversity and shared success.
All these personal mentoring, structured learning offers, expert advice and regular appraisals will help prepare you the early career development. Beyond this, through performance assessment at the end of the internship, you will have the opportunities to continue your career within BP by entering the full-time graduate hiring process with advantages in the coming season.
Role Synopsis-Roles & Responsibilities:
Support the implementation of BP digital strategy by developing BP centralized WeChat platform, including IT architectural design, database build and content management.
Support the development of multi-partner loyalty scheme with the loyalty strategic partnership, including partnership contract draft and BP loyalty scheme design
Implement the integration of BP digital/loyalty platform for customer acquisition in readiness for Day 1 launch.
Effectively work with multiple stakeholders to manage and operate BP digital/loyalty platform, including the launch of digital campaigns, data analytics and customer life-cycle management.
Oversea general PMO work to ensure the effective delivery of key milestones of each work stream in offer team.
Requirements
- Bachelor Degree & above, majored in marketing, economy and business management is preferable
- Awareness of commercial sense
- Demonstrates passion for retail and customer service
- Strong ability in using data and information for analysis
- Good planning & organisational skills
- Demonstrates good communication skills
