中国国际经济合作投资公司--出口商品义乌集采中心（中经集采中心）是响应中国“一带一路”倡议、配合义乌市国际贸易综合改革，由中国国际贸易促进委员会直属企业中国国际经济投资合作公司的全资子公司浙江中经贸易服务有限公司投资运营的，是致力于服务中国驻外机构和中国驻外机构介绍的国外组织或个人的物品采购以及国外驻华机构和驻华机构介绍的国外组织或个人的物品采购的专门机构。
中经集采中心在中国小商品城拥有近500平方米的自营展厅，展厅中代理近20个大类，110多个单品的商品，展厅所经营产品根据市场变化和产品动销情况采取动态更迭管理机制，不断更新，保持商品竞争力。此外，中经集采中心依托战略合作伙伴--义乌中国小商品城商品种类齐全、品牌集中、性价比高、物流便利的优势和优越的电商资源，通过多种渠道综合比对，为客户制定高性价比的集采方案，实现市场采购的一站式服务，并提供操作专业、安全高效的一站式通关等贸易综合服务，为客户大大提高了采购效率，节约了采购成本。
2016和2017年度我国驻多米尼加共和国的驻外机构曾多次委托中经集采中心采购教学桌椅、教学用具、书包书籍、校服文具、电子产品、运动器材、儿童玩具、办公用品、日用百货、残疾人用品等众多品类的捐赠、扶贫物资；我国驻沙特阿拉伯联合酋长国驻外机构在了解到当地客商的小商品采购需求后，也将客商推荐给中经集采中心，由中经集采中心主动联系客商，在双方充分了解后，多次为多位沙特客商代采聚会用品、儿童玩具、饰品、饰品配件、工艺品、五金用具、灯具、烟具、箱包、仿真花、头巾、挂毯、地毯、手电筒、平板电脑、日用品等诸多小商品。中经集采中心也积累了丰富的代采业务操作经验，形成了一套成熟的代采业务模式。

YiWu Procurement Center for Commodity Export
Zhejiang Zhongjing International Trade Co. Ltd is a wholly-owned subsidiary of China International Economic Cooperation and Investment Inc. (CIECI), which directly under China Council for the Promotion of International Trade (CCPIT). It is established as an integrated foreign trade service enterprise responding to China’s “Belt and Road” construction and the comprehensive reform of international trade in YiWu. Relying on YiWu Commodity City’s advantages like diversified goods, rich variety of brands, high price-performance ratio and convenient logistics, the company insists on promoting the efficient service to build up a procurement service platform for the export trade in YiWu, and provide qualified, secure and direct product sources, one-stop procurement and customs clearance services for domestic and oversea merchants.
The CIECI-YiWu Procurement Center for Commodity Export ( Zhongjing Procurement Center ) founded by Zhejiang Zhongjing International Trade Co. Ltd, locate in the District II of YiWu International Trade Mart. With an exhibition area of nearly 500 square meters, the center takes a dynamic management of the exhibited products according to the markets’ variations and the sale demands, whereby it gradually formed the current product structure of all types of electric vehicles, scooters, lamps and lanterns, garden tools, naked eye 3D paintings, children’s roller skating and protective devices, plant growth apparatus and fitness equipment.

With business area of more than 5.5 million square meters, 75,000 business booths, over 210,000 employees, daily visits of more than 210,000 customers, and operating 1.8 million items of 26 categories, the YiWu Commodity City is the center of international commodity circulation, information ,and exhibition.
