The Jardine Internship Programme will give you first-hand experience of what a career at Jardines is like. A vital source for identifying future Rare Talent of our business, the programme looks for those who are motivated to lead, willing to push their limits and can bring fresh thinking to business challenges in a dynamic customer-focused environment. To be a future Rare Talent, you possess a set of Rare traits – leadership, risk-taking, customer-focused and forward-thinking.

Our six-week programme is designed to expose you to our diverse business. Over the duration of your internship, you’ll work for one of our business units in Hong Kong. The programme will enable you to immerse yourself in Jardines’ culture while you’ll also take part in a variety of projects and social events including:

Leading and being involved in real business projects

Pitching innovative business proposals to senior management

Leadership workshops

Finance and business strategy workshops

Jardines company visits including property, motors, retail, hotels and construction sectors

Networking events with fellow JETs and leadership teams

REQUIREMENTS

You’re a penultimate year student of any discipline graduating in 2020

You aspire to be a Jardine Executive Trainee (JET)

Strong business acumen and passionate about managing customer-oriented businesses in Asia

Affinity towards technology and digital innovation

Excellent written and verbal communication in English
