Graduate programme:
We offer a wide range of opportunities for our graduates in multiple business areas: Assurance, Consulting, Deals, Tax, Risk Assurance and One Firm Services. Each lines of service provide tailored learning and development programmes that will build strong foundational skills and build you up as a professional.
Our CSI (China Sourcing Initiative) is a Graduate Programme for students studying in the United States and Canada who are interested in relocating back to Mainland China, Hong Kong or Macau to work for PwC China-Hong Kong after graduation. If you graduated from university in the United States or Canada or will be graduating soon, apply to us through CSI. Without the need to travel back to China or Hong Kong, we will meet applicants on campus, virtually, or at PwC offices across North America during the recruitment process.
Internship programme:
Our internship programme is for penultimate university students - we have two internship intakes per year in January or July in the lines of service of Assurance, Consulting, Deals, Risk Assurance and Tax. During your time at PwC, you will experience working in a professional services firm through real client work. You will learn foundational skills and if you perform well in the areas of technical capabilities, relationship building and business acumen, you may have the opportunity to be fast tracked in the graduate recruitment process and be offered a permanent position.
Sprinter programme:
Sprinter is a programme for master students - from January to March over a period you are completing your masters degree, you will join our Assurance, Tax or Risk Assurance services. You will share the same working experience as our Associates, be deeply involved and learning on challenging client projects. Each year as you return, you will apply the skills you learned from the previous year, then further accumulate new knowledge and capabilities. You can expect that by the time you complete your masters, you would have gained one year of professional experience.
